Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is also available at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Our frames are crafted from premium acetate, lightweight stainless steel, and flexible TR90. Each material is carefully selected for durability, comfort, and everyday wear. All frames are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.

Clean your lenses daily using the included microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use lens cleaning spray or mild soap with lukewarm water. Avoid paper towels or abrasive fabrics, as they may scratch the lenses. Always store your glasses in the protective case when not in use.

All MMS Optics frames include a 1-month limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, scratches, or normal wear and tear. Please contact our support team with your order number to begin a warranty claim.
