International shipping may become available in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

MMS Optics is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, MMS Optics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping package

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
